I began my career as a marriage and family therapist. Here I learned the power of our family systems, and the impact these systems and origins have on our mindset and behaviors as an adult. After working for many years as a therapist treating: trauma, depression, anxiety, narcissism, addiction, eating disorders, and everything in between, I decided to use what I learned to help support even more people through social media, virtual coaching, workshops, and group trainings.
I founded GETitOUT in 2018, as a way to help my clients heal from the trauma that has been holding them captive to all the wrong types of love and relationships.
